Nihal Atma with Natma Yoga hosts ongoing yoga classes that appeal to all levels of practitioners. Kundalini Yoga is a deep and rich tradition, and you’ll find that nearly every class teaches you something new, even after years of practice. Books are available for sale to assist your studies at home. Please plan to arrive at least ten minutes prior to the start of the class, wear loose clothing and, ideally, come on a light stomach– avoiding eating at least one hour prior to class. For your own safety, and those around you, refrain from intoxicants and alcohol consumption prior to practicing yoga.
